Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may request cancellation at any time from your account or by contacting support.
- When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After expiry, your account downgrades to the Individual tier.
Refunds
- We provide refunds where required by law. Otherwise, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current period once billed.
- If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support within 14 days.
How to Cancel
- In-app: use the “Cancel Subscription” option in your account settings (records a pending cancellation effective at period end).
- Support: email hello@structuredwave.co.uk from your account email.
Billing & Payment
- All payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store or process full card numbers on our servers.
- Invoices/receipts are available through the processor and/or emailed to your account address.
